This is the #1 question asked. The easiest answer is "The cost varies." It varies based on the goal the client wants to achieve. How many people? Do they want a band? Is it snacks and cocktails or is it a full dinner? Corporate event planners charge $400-$600 an hour to plan and execute an event. Our rate is $275 per hour. Our goal is to provide great value to clients. The answer is never "It can't be done." It's always "We can do that!" and we will always be quick to point out to clients how any changes will effect their budget.
Event Design Brainstorming Session:
The event design session was created to help brand's engage Chris initially. The package is $300 and includes a 90 minute whiteboard / brainstorming session with Chris Reed. About a week after the session is complete Chris will deliver a Event Design Proposal. This proposal will include an overview of the event along with all items that need to be considered and budgeted for.
